Payment Security

Avelyy uses established commerce and payment technologies designed to protect payment activity and reduce unauthorized use.

Checkout protection

Checkout information is transmitted through encrypted connections. Payments are processed by Shopify and the payment providers shown at checkout; Avelyy does not receive or store a complete payment-card number or card security code.

Payment authorization

Your payment provider may use verification tools such as address checks, security codes, or additional authentication. An authorization hold may appear before a payment is captured, and its release timing is controlled by the payment provider.

Fraud prevention

Orders may be reviewed for inconsistent billing, device, or transaction signals. We may request limited verification, refuse a transaction, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary to protect customers and the store.

Customer precautions

Use a trusted device and connection, keep account credentials private, and contact your payment provider promptly if you notice unauthorized activity. Order-payment questions may be sent to service@avelyy.com.
