Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply specifically to transactions made through the Avelyy store and supplement the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

Eligibility and customer information

You must be legally capable of entering a purchase contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the accuracy of contact, delivery, and billing information and for activity performed through your customer account.

Contract formation

Cart and checkout displays are invitations to place an order. A binding sales contract is formed only when we accept the order and issue confirmation of acceptance or dispatch. Automated receipt of an order does not prevent later review for fraud, error, or availability.

Payment, taxes, and currency

Prices are presented in USD. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Taxes, shipping, and other disclosed charges form part of the total. Your provider may impose currency-conversion or transaction fees that Avelyy does not control.

Delivery and risk

Delivery options are subject to destination and product availability. Risk transfers as required by applicable law. Ownership may remain with Avelyy until payment is received in full.

Returns and statutory rights

Returns and refunds follow the posted Return & Refund Policy. Mandatory cancellation, conformity, warranty, and other consumer protections in your jurisdiction continue to apply and prevail if these terms provide less protection.

Events outside reasonable control

Avelyy is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events that could not reasonably be controlled, including carrier disruption, natural events, public authority action, labor disruption, infrastructure failure, or widespread service outage.

Severability and contact

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Transaction questions can be sent to service@avelyy.com.
