Refund Policy

We accept eligible return requests made within 30 days after delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unwashed and returned with original packaging and all included pieces. Proof of purchase is required. Personalized items, gift cards and items marked final sale are not eligible unless required by law.

Start a return

Email service@avelyy.com with your order number and the item you wish to return before sending anything. Return instructions and the applicable return address will be provided by email.

Damage or order issues

Inspect your order on arrival. Contact us promptly with clear photos if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect so we can review the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refundable unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.
